I am Pallavi. This is my attempt to make everone aware of the tastes and recipes of India. In my blog you will find a variety of recipes. Also I have kept in mind that with changing times, the needs for food is also changing. In olden days people ate to satisfy hunger. In todays world people eat to keep themselves healthy and fit. I dont mean to say that in olden days people were not eating healthy food, but instead what I meant was in olden days people were less concious about it.

Today's fast paced, technologically advanced world, its the mind that runs with the time and not the body, so to keep the body fit and healthy we have to concentrate on two major things, exercise and diet.

I will not only post delicious recipes but will also try and include nutritious facts about the recipes I would be posting. Also I would be attempting to include the calories which will be consumed with the food.
