Tomato chutney

Here is the recipe to make yoummy tomato chutney.

You need...

Tomatoes
Green Chillies
Red chillies
Curry leaves
Coriander
Garlic
Salt


For seasoning
Mustard
Cumin
Chana Dal

Instructions

Chop the tomatoes and Green Chillies. Peel the garlic. now in a kadai add some oil and fry the chillies. Remove the chillies and add the tomatoes in the kadai. Let it cook for a while till the tomatoes become soft and cooked. once the tomatoes are cooked. Remove them from the kadai and cool them. Now add some Cumin, Curry leaves, Garllic cloves, Fried green chillies, and the cooked tomatoes. Grind for a while till it becomes a thick paste. Make sure you dont add any water to it while grinding.

Once its become a nice paste, add some salt to taste. Then add some oil in the kadai, add a few red chillies, hing, cumin, chana dal, mustard. add this to the ground tomatoes.

Your tomatoe chutney is ready!! Enjoy it with rice, chapatti, Dosa or Idli.
