Beerakaya pachadi

Ingrdients:
Beerakayalu
Chillies
Cumin
Garlic
Tamrind
popu

Method:
Peel and chop the beerakayalu.

Fry the beerakayalu and chillies in little oil.


Once the beerakayalu are done switch off the stove and put a lemon sized tamrind on the pan for a while.


Now take all the other ingeredients in a grinder and add the beerakayalu and grind into a thick paste.

Add some salt and do the popu.




Pachadi is ready
