This is a easy yet yummy breakfast recipe.
Ingredients
Milk
Onion
Tomato
Bread
Green chillies
Salt
Chilli Powder
Eggs
Method:
Cut the bread into small peices. You need not be geometrical while cutting them, just do it on an estimate of small peices. Soak these bread peices in milk(or water if you want).
Chop onion, tomato and green chillies. Put these in a bowl, add some chilli powder if you like spicy food, then add some salt.
Now add the soaked bread peices into this mixture and mix them. Add some Eggs to this and beat well. If you want you can use a hand blender as it makes a nice blend.
Heat little oil in a pan(try using a flat and deep pan) and add the above mixture and let it cook on medium or simmer for a while. Then turn the omlette the other side. Let it cook till it becomes fluffy. You may also test by dipping in a fork, if you have watery stuff stickin on your fork, let it cook for a while and switch off the stove and serve.
