Lady's Finger curry

This is one of my brothers favorite curry. Infact many people like to eat Ladys finger, it is also beleived that eating more ladys finger will sharpen out Math skills.





Ingredients:


Ladys Finger
Onion
Garlic paste
Popu
Oil
Salt
Chilli powder


Method:

Chop the ladys fingers. (Optional : keep aside for a while say an hour or two). Chop the onion.
take a pan, add some oil, do the popu(tadka) add the onions and fry till the onion are lightly golden brown. Now add the ladys fingers and fry for a little while and simmer and cover it. Leave it for 3-5 mins ensure u dont burn them. Now keep stirring and add chilli powder and continue stirring. After 5 mins of stirring add some salt and mix well. Check if the ladys fingers are cooked and turn off the stove. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
